The rollover figures and state restrictions on this page were read out of each operator's own published terms rather than compiled from other comparison sites, because the third-hand versions of those lists are frequently out of date and occasionally invented. Where a source was ambiguous the entry was made more restrictive, not less.

No odds-quality score, hold percentage or payout-speed figure appears anywhere here. Each would require either sustained line-tracking this publication does not do or a willingness to repeat an operator's marketing as a finding, and neither is on offer.

How Offshore Sportsbooks Are Rated

• Rollover Recorded Against Every Welcome Offer. No offer appears on this page without the multiplier that has to be cleared before a withdrawal is possible. A percentage on its own is not information. Where a book publishes different rollovers for its sports and casino sides, the sports figure is the one shown.
• Sports Offers Only, Casino Offers Excluded. Most of these brands run a sportsbook and a casino behind one account and publish a combined welcome package. Only the sports half is quoted here. A casino bonus on a sportsbook comparison is a category error and it inflates the apparent value of whichever brands happen to run both.
• Free Bets Distinguished From Cash Matches. A free bet does not return its stake, so its face value overstates what it is worth by roughly half. Offers of that kind are labelled as free bets or free play rather than being listed alongside cash matches as though the two were comparable.
• State Restrictions Taken From the Operator's Own Terms. Every state listed against a book comes from that operator's published affiliate and account terms, not from inference or a third-party summary. Where a source was ambiguous the state was listed as restricted rather than omitted: a wrong entry in that direction costs a reader one wasted click, and in the other it costs them a closed account.
